Hey, Thanks so much for stopping by, so happy to have you here. To borrow a line from one of the women I most admire–Here’s what I know for sure…

I’m not always sure of my destination, or what I’m supposed to do when I get there, but I try to put one foot in front of the other–each day–and at the end, I reflect upon where that’s taken me.

My dreams sometimes change because as I move through life, I realize that the plan the Universe has for me is far beyond what I am able to imagine for myself.

Running is the key to my strong heart.

Yoga is my lifelong journey.

Travel is my soul-feeding teacher.

Food might be my favorite thing.

I will always write.

I live in Brooklyn, NY, and I’m married to my favorite person in the world.

  1. I am so happy that I found your blog. You are such an inspiring person. I’ve been running for a couple of years and only just started practicing yoga, but they are already such an important part of my life. I never would have thought that I would complete a marathon, but I managed to hobble to the finish line last year in Chicago. I’m really enjoying reading about your experiences as a runner and ED survivor. I was never diagnosed with an ED, but I’ve definitely lived with disordered eating habits almost my whole life. I can’t wait to read all of your posts! Xoxo ,

    1. Michele!! I am SO happy you found me! Running and yoga–if you’ve looked around here I am sure you can see that those are two of my favorite things as well. I love connecting with people that also feel like those things are so important in their life. That is SO amazing you did your first marathon last year. I love Chicago, I lived there for about 6 years and still visit almost every year. Are you a one and done (like i think i will be!) or are you going to do another sometime?
Thank you for reading my post about eating disorders, I tend to touch on that subject a lot here because it’s been a really big part of my life. And you know, a diagnosis doesn’t mean much–if you struggle with eating, you know what it’s all about! I hope you are able to connect with people who have gone through the same so maybe those habits can improve. I know I am thrilled to have you here!!
      Thanks Michele! x
