what is a VIRTUAL ‘soul energy session’?
a soul energy session is a somatically-centered live held VIRTUAL space for the practice of embodiment. we utilize an always evolving combination of therapeutic + contemplative discussion, sacred stillness, movement + gesture, and channeling to allow one to reconnect and come into deeper understanding and relationship to their own environment—their physical and energetic body. this work enables the client to experience more integration between each part of themselves—the mind, body, heart, and spirit. as one begins to reclaim the embodiment of their whole being their energy and actions come to consistently align with their soul’s values—they find flow. we then continuously hold the space needed for this co-creative process of evolution and enlightenment and watch as the rich inner land the client cultivates streams like a river into their outer life where dreams and visions are realized as sacred destined expression.
