i believe my purpose is to experience and embody wholeness—pleasure and pain, light and dark, joy and grief. i am to illuminate this human experience through story and healing work. i follow an intuitive and divinely guided spiritual path where i meet others and help them open to their own nature. together we generate deep connection, belonging, and love that changes the world. 

i believe you can’t transmit something you haven’t got, so i am continuously learning from my teachers and opening my body, heart, mind, and spirit to different modalities of healing to cultivate a sense of belonging to myself. these solitary and communal practices represent my daily choice to re-member, re-wild, and fall radically in love with myself and the world. 

my intention is to inspire others to dare to live their most authentic lives through living my own. let us each unpack the genius of our unique be-ing and contribute it to this world that desperately needs us to be ourselves.
