hello, i am cat h. bradley…

i believe my purpose here is to experience and embody wholeness—pleasure and pain, light and dark, joy and grief. i am to illuminate this human experience through poetry—through intentional attention (presence), gorgeous story, and other healing arts. i follow an intuitive and divinely guided spiritual path where i meet others and help them open to their own nature. together we generate deep connection, belonging, and love that is changing the world. 

i believe you can’t transmit something you haven’t got, so i am continuously learning from my life experience and from all my teachers. i am opening my body, heart, mind, and spirit to different modalities of healing + creative practice to cultivate the truest felt sense of belonging to myself i can. these solitary and communal practices represent my daily choice to re-member, re-wild, and fall radically in love with myself and so the world. 

my intention is to inspire others to dare to live their most authentic lives through living my own. let us each unpack the genius of our unique be-ing and contribute it to this world that desperately needs us to be ourselves. 

this world is ABUNDANT. we are abundance. and we are all on purpose. and so let us align and be here in and for our purpose. there is only LOVE.
